1. Who processes your data
Evgenia Gurova, self-employed person, personal code (second part): 18018, Riga, Latvia. Email: evgurova.art@gmail.com. I am responsible for how your data is handled on evgurova.art.
2. What data I collect
- What you provide when booking: name, phone, email, messenger username, preferred date and wishes for the shoot, the content of our messages.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed (via cookies and analytics).
I do not request special categories of data (such as health data).
3. Why and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry, agree on a date and carry out the shoot: to enter into and perform a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1) (b)).
- Bookkeeping and accounting: legal obligation (Art. 6(1©)).
- Analytics and advertising: your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1) (a)).
4. Photos from your shoot
I publish photos from a shoot only with the client’s consent. We agree in our correspondence whether the photos may be published and on what terms. If you ask me to take a photo down, I will remove it from my website and from all my social media pages.
5. Who receives your data
- Wfolio: the platform the website runs on, including the booking form.
- Notion: records of shoots, bookings, analytics and data storage.
- Pats.lv: the accounting platform.
- Google: analytics and advertising, only with your consent.
- Messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) that we use to communicate.
I never sell your data. Some of these services may process data outside the EU/EEA, in which case the safeguards required by law apply.
6. How long I keep it
Enquiries that did not lead to a shoot: 12 months. Client data and accounting records: 5 years or as long as the law requires.
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies. Analytics and advertising cookies are enabled only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing, or withdraw your consent. Write to evgurova.art@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia: dvi.gov.lv.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
