1. Booking and payment
A shoot is considered booked once the prepayment has been made. The date and time are reserved for you. The prepayment amount depends on the chosen package and is communicated when you book. The balance is paid on the day of the shoot. By making the prepayment, you agree to these terms.
2. Rescheduling and cancellation
A shoot can be rescheduled if you let me know at least 7 days in advance. In case of illness or other force majeure, rescheduling is possible without a penalty and at shorter notice. The prepayment reserves the date for you and is not refunded if you cancel, except where a refund is required by law. In special cases we agree individually. If I cancel the shoot, the prepayment is refunded in full.
3. Photos and timing
How it works:
- Previews. Within 2 weeks after the shoot (usually sooner), I send you the edited and retouched photos in reduced size (2500 px on the long side).
- Selection. From the moment you receive the previews, you have one month to choose the photos for final retouching. The number of photos included is stated in the description of your package. Additional photos beyond the package: 1 photo — €15, 10 photos — €100.
- Final delivery. I finish the selected photos (final touch-ups that go beyond the initial editing) and deliver them in full size. If you make your selection within the month, this takes 4 to 6 weeks from the date of your selection; I try to deliver sooner.
If you do not choose your photos within the month, you will still receive them, but I will process them in order of the queue, after those who chose on time.
4. Author's style and retouching
Photos are delivered after my authorial editing and retouching. By booking a shoot, you accept my style of photography and editing: I do not rework the colour, tone and overall mood of the photos into a different style. My retouching is gentle: I remove temporary skin imperfections, even out skin tone and softly correct small details. I do not change appearance: I do not reshape facial features or body proportions. The depth of retouching can be agreed individually. If you would like something special in the editing, please let me know in advance.
5. Original files (RAW)
I do not hand over original files (RAW). In some cases it is possible by agreement and for an additional fee.
6. Publication
I publish photos only with the client's consent, which we agree on in our correspondence. If you ask me to take a photo down, I will remove it from my website and from all my social media pages.
7. Copyright
Copyright in the photos remains with me. You may use the finished photos for personal purposes. If you publish them (on social media, a website, etc.), please credit me as the author. Commercial use is discussed separately.
8. Other types of shoots
The packages and prices on the website are the main options. Other types of shoots are possible; their content and price are agreed individually.
9. Right to decline
I reserve the right to decline a shoot if I feel the collaboration will not work out. In that case, any prepayment made is refunded in full.
